Founder’s Message

Founder & CEO – Tuseltech Biotechnology Inc.

Müşerref Kılıç Uğur founded Tuseltech Biotechnology Inc. with the vision of developing environmentally friendly and sustainable technologies. She completed her integrated Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physics Education at Boğaziçi University and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Yeditepe University. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Biomedical Engineering at Boğaziçi University, focusing on ultrasonic disinfection technologies.

In her corporate career, she served as a business analyst at leading companies, taking part in projects related to marketing, customer experience, and digital transformation. She has also led TÜBİTAK-funded R&D projects, gaining valuable experience in product development and public-sector collaboration.

Under her leadership, Tuseltech developed Tuselsonic, a low-energy, chemical-free ultrasonic water disinfection system that offers a scalable and sustainable alternative with reduced environmental impact. The system was successfully validated in real-world conditions through pilot testing in collaboration with İSKİ (Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration).
